This training is meant to hone your present skills in evolution with new found ones, channeling and directing energy into much needed global healing service. Together we can form Meaningfulworld outreach teams, offering aid and visiting affected areas globally and locally. Have you asked the question: “How can I make a difference in the world today?”    Please find below the reworked and extended curriculum for ATOP’s Meaningful Humanitarian Outreach Program. Develop mental health outreach skills, transform conflicts peacefully, learn about the Biopsychosocial and Eco-Spiritual Model, a research based global approach by Dr Kalayjian, a trauma specialist and founder of this not-for-profit grassroots organization — ATOP has completed over 40 outreach missions, healing survivors who have experienced both natural or human-made trauma and disasters. In an unpredictable cultural, political and ecological geography, our human and planetary sustainability is at risk. Without attention to the cultivation of awareness and healing consciousness, the deteriorating effects of intergenerational trauma will continue to negatively impact the global community through cycles of repeated conflict, terrorism, and war. We must understand that the individual psyche is but a microcosmic reflection of the macrocosm we live in… Change begins with me and with you.  One by one and together, we can cultivate a New Meaningfulworld View towards the emergence of a culture of peace. The vision of the new Meaningful Humanitarian Outreach Program  focuses on education, cultivating global action, and restoring health and well being in self, our families, neighborhoods, communities, and ultimately  to global communities in need.  Utilizing the Biopsychosocial and Eco Spiritual Model, developed two decades ago by Dr. Ani Kalayjian, Disaster and Mass Trauma Specialist,  it is ATOP’s mission to continue cultivating Meaningfulworld Humanitarian Outreach Teams.   ATOP commits to mobilizing individuals who want to make a difference by engaging and deepening unified leadership skills for the benefit of others. “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: Only love can do that.” – Martin Luther King, Jr.     Humanitarian Outreach Certificate Program – The Stages and Phases This course is offered as a Humanitarian Outreach Certificate Program.  Trainings will be posted by topic for Sept – Nov, Jan – March, and April – May. This program allows for 3 groups to be fully trained in all phases over a one year period.   Classes are designed to be small (maximum 20) to allow optimum interaction and personal attention.  Trainings will be held in NYC on Saturday or Sunday, depending on the scheduled date, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch break.  Breakfast, snacks, and lunch will be included.  If you have any special dietary needs you are advised to bring your own lunch.  Visionary Speakers – At each training workshop various experts from the field will be invited to present on related topics.  Please see our monthly announcements for Visionary Speakers and a specific agenda for each workshop. Participation Criteria – Participants should have an interest in the health care and healing arena, social activism, and a sincere commitment towards self-evolution and global aid and development.
