Participants joining in person will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal together, fostering connections and meaningful conversations. During lunch, we will also have the pleasure of watching a thought-provoking movie that aligns with the workshop’s themes. In the afternoon, we will embark on a healing experiential session, allowing participants to engage in activities that promote personal growth, resilience, and empathy. Through carefully crafted exercises, we will explore practical tools and techniques for supporting individuals affected by trauma.
